Scope
This standard specifies the XRD test method for determining the content of α-crystalline silica in spherical silica micropowder for electronic packaging.
This standard is applicable to the detection of α-crystalline silica content in spherical silica micropowder for electronic packaging. The detection of other amorphous silica content can also be carried out in accordance with this standard. The test range for α-crystalline silica content is semi-quantitative analysis for less than 0.5%, and quantitative analysis for 0.5% to 5%.
