主要技术内容:本文件规定了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水质中16种磺胺类抗生素的方法。本文件适用于地表水和城市污水处理厂废水中磺胺醋酰、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺噻唑、磺胺吡啶、磺胺甲嘧啶、磺胺甲二唑、甲氧苄啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺甲氧哒嗪、磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺对甲氧嘧啶、磺胺邻二甲嘧啶、磺胺异噁唑、磺胺苯酰、磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶等16种磺胺类抗生素类化合物的测定。样品过滤后经固相萃取柱富集和净化后进样,用固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱分离检测磺胺类抗生素。根据保留时间和特征离子定性,内标法定量。当取样1.0 L,定容体积为1.0 mL,进样体积为5 μL时,方法检出限为0.001 μg/L~0.462 μg/L,测定下限为0.003 μg/L~1.540 μg/L
