Scope

This document specifies the structure, requirements, inspection rules, markings, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of wheelchairs used in wheelchair tennis competitions (hereinafter referred to as "wheelchairs"), and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to wheelchairs used in wheelchair tennis competitions or training by individuals with unilateral or bilateral lower limb dysfunction, unilateral or bilateral upper limb dysfunction, or those who are unable to coordinate and continuously perform overhead forehand and backhand strokes. The weight of wheelchair users shall not exceed 100 kg.
