YY/T 1634-2018 Joint replacement implants—Shoulder prostheses—Standard test methods for dynamic evaluation of glenoid loosening or disassociation
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the test method for measuring the swing or rotation of anatomical shoulder socket components under the action of periodic displacement (such as up and down or front and back) of the humeral head toward the opposite shoulder socket edge. After dynamic swing, the movement is quantified by the tensile displacement of each bearing edge in the opposite direction. At the same time, this standard also stipulates the measurement method for the swing or rotation of inverted joint socket components when they perform periodic joint movements with their corresponding humeral liners. The movement is quantified by the displacement before and after the loading cycle.
The same device can be used to test the locking mechanism of combined shoulder socket components, such as the separation of anatomical and inverted components.
This standard applies to cement-fixed integral or combined shoulder socket components and non-cement-fixed inverted shoulder socket components.
