Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the harvesting, grading, packaging, transportation, storage, pre-warehouse processing, and post-warehouse management of taro. This standard is applicable to the preservation of taro produced in Jiangsu Province, but it is not applicable to the preservation of taro that has been stored for more than two years.
