Scope

This document is applicable to the determination of trace element contents in high-purity titanium. The measurement range is for sulfur, chlorine, zirconium, molybdenum, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, cadmium, tellurium, iodine with a concentration of 0.050mg/kg to 10mg/kg; rubidium and yttrium with a concentration of 0.50mg/kg to 10mg/kg; and strontium with a concentration of 1.0mg/kg to 10mg/kg. For other elements, the measurement range is 0.001mg/kg to 50mg/kg.
