Scope

This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, technical requirements, and testing and calculation methods for air purifiers.
This document applies to:
——Air purifiers with a single-phase rated voltage greater than 5 V and not exceeding 250 V, and other air purifiers with a rated voltage not exceeding 480 V;
——Air purifiers with the function of removing particulate matter and gaseous pollutants;
——Humidifying purifiers and purifying fans with an independent air purification function mode.
This document does not apply to:
——Components and modules with air purification functions;
——Wearable air purifiers;
——Duct-type purification devices and other similar air purifiers;
——Air purifiers designed specifically for industrial use, medical use, and vehicles;
——Air purifiers used in special environments with corrosive or explosive gases (such as dust, steam, or gas).
