Scope

Scope: This regulation stipulates the terms and definitions of the production technology of the homologous medicinal and edible black-skinned Chicken Chantong mushrooms, the environment of the production area and cultivation facilities, production technology management, pest and disease control, production records, and the use of the homologous medicinal and edible logo in traceability and certification. This regulation applies to all regions in China where homologous medicinal and edible black-skinned Chicken Chantong mushrooms are cultivated. Main technical content: Remove the outer packaging of the mushroom bags and transport them to the furrow for planting in a plum blossom-style pattern, with the opening facing downward. Plant the mushroom bags at intervals of 2cm. Then cover the soil. The first layer of soil should be about 5cm thick, and the first watering should be abundant, filling the gaps between the mushroom bags. Add a short-term harmless fungicide to the watering solution according to a certain proportion. The filling of the gaps should ensure that the mushroom bags do not float. If some mushroom bags are exposed after irrigation, they should be covered with soil again. The second layer of soil should be 5-7cm thick, and a short-term harmless fungicide should be sprayed again. Watering must be carried out within three days after planting. Loosen the soil according to the local soil hardness. If the ground is dry, water it a second time. The mushroom bags are cultivated at a temperature of 22-28°C underground for about 20 days. Generally, when the aerial mycelium on the surface of the substrate turns brown, it indicates that the mycelium has reached physiological maturity. After that, the mushroom needles will grow out, and when the mushroom needles break through the soil, they will become the fruiting bodies of the black-skinned Chicken Chantong mushrooms. After the fruiting bodies are exposed to the soil, water them thoroughly all at once. At a te
