Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the grading standards, terms and definitions of the edible and medicinal co-existence black-skinned Chicken Chanterelle mushrooms, as well as the use of the edible and medicinal co-existence logo in traceability and certification. This regulation applies to all regions in China where edible and medicinal co-existence black-skinned Chicken Chanterelle mushrooms are cultivated. Main technical content: The products shall comply with the quality requirements of NY/T 749-2018 "Green Food - Edible Mushrooms".
