GB/T 29754-2013 Unidirectional glass fibre woven fabrics
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of woven unidirectional glass fiber fabrics (hereinafter referred to as unidirectional fabrics).
This standard applies to unidirectional fabrics produced by the weaving process using glass fiber as the main raw material. The fabric exhibits a distinct primary and secondary structure in the warp and weft directions, with a yarn mass per unit area ratio of no less than 4:1 in the primary and secondary directions. The fabric is primarily used as a reinforcing material for fiber-reinforced plastics, such as in the production of fan blades, boats, transportation containers (for aviation, trains, automobiles, etc.), sports equipment, storage tanks, pipelines, and so on.
