Scope
This standard applies to coal-fired, oil-fired, and gas-fired hot water boilers, steam boilers, and heat carrier boilers of various capacities used for living and production purposes, except for coal-fired, oil-fired, and biomass-fired power generation boilers with a single output of no more than 45.5MW (65t/h). This standard stipulates the maximum allowable emission concentration limits of soot, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in boiler flue gas and the flue gas blackness limit values by time period. It is applicable to the emission management of existing boilers, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, and environmental protection completion acceptance of boiler construction projects, and the pollution management of boilers after their completion.
