Scope

This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of rotary tillers. This standard applies to horizontal water and dry-field rotary tillers used with tractors (except for hand-operated tractors). The rotary tilling parts of rotary tilling combination machines may be implemented in accordance with this standard.
