Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product models, performance parameters, technical requirements, test items, marking, lifting, packaging, transportation, and storage of oil-immersed distribution transformers.
This standard applies to single-phase oil-immersed non-excited voltage regulating distribution transformers (hereinafter referred to as "single-phase transformers") with a voltage rating of 20 kV, a rated frequency of 50 Hz, and a rated capacity of 5 kVA to 160 kVA, and three-phase oil-immersed non-excited voltage regulating distribution transformers (hereinafter referred to as "three-phase transformers") with a rated capacity of 30 kVA to 2,500 kVA.
