Scope
本标准规定了10 kV~35 kV电压等级配电线路带电作业的一般要求、工作制度、作业方式、技术要求、工器具的试验及运输、作业注意事项和典型作业项目。
本标准适用于海拔4 500 m及以下地区10 kV电压等级配电线路和海拔1 000 m及以下地区的20 kV～35 kV电压等级配电线路的带电检修和维护作业。3 kV、6 kV线路的带电作业可参考本标准。
注： 鉴于各地电气设备型式多样，杆上设备布置差异较大，作业项目种类较多，因此本标准在作业项目及操作方法上只做原则指导。
