Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for phosphorus-copper anodes used in integrated circuits (hereinafter referred to as "phosphorus-copper anodes"). This standard applies to all types of phosphorus-copper anode products used in integrated circuits.
