本文件规定了框幅式数字航空摄影的航空摄影技术设计（以下简称“航摄设计”)的基本要求、技术要求、航摄设计程序和方法，航空摄影技术设计书（以下简称“航摄设计书”）的编制，以及校核等要求。
本文件适用于使用有人驾驶航空器搭载框幅式数字航摄仪开展航空摄影的技术设计，使用有人驾驶航空器搭载其他数字航摄仪或使用无人驾驶航空器时参照使用。
