Scope

This document specifies the requirements and test methods for fundus cameras. Fundus cameras are used to observe, photograph, or record electronic images of the human eye fundus, in order to provide image information for diagnosis.
This document applies to instruments that use camera imaging principles.
This document does not apply to the following instruments:
