GB/T 37647-2019 Toy and children product—General principles for migration test of certain elements
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the sampling methods, sample preparation, and sample extraction methods for the migration test of specific elements in toys and children's products in a simulated human body environment.
This standard applies to the pretreatment of migration tests of specific elements in toys and children's products - aluminum, antimony, arsenic, barium, boron, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, lead, manganese, mercury, nickel, selenium, strontium, tin, and zinc in a simulated human body environment (including sweat, saliva, and gastric juice environments). Migration tests of other specific elements can be conducted in accordance with this standard after verification.
This standard does not apply to toys or children's products that can be clearly ruled out of the possibility of being sucked, licked, chewed, swallowed, or in long-term contact with the skin, considering children's normal use and foreseeable behaviors, due to their accessibility, functionality, quality, size, or other characteristics.
