Scope

This standard specifies the normative requirements for the certification of logistics port services, including service requirements, management requirements, and service certification evaluation requirements.
This standard applies to logistics port service certification activities, as well as to logistics port managers who regulate their service activities.
This standard does not apply to logistics port services that primarily involve special requirements such as dangerous chemicals and cold-chain food/items.
Note: The logistics port services specified in this standard include the services provided by logistics port managers to resident enterprises, such as port area entry services, port area information platform services, port area transportation services, port area supporting services, and logistics operation services operated by the port itself. It does not include the related services provided by resident enterprises to their customers.
