Scope
This standard specifies the commissioning scope, division of labor and responsibilities, safety measures, commissioning procedures, and commissioning content of distributed energy supply system projects. This standard applies to the commissioning of new, modified, and expanded distributed energy supply system projects using gas as the primary energy source with a generating unit capacity of less than or equal to 10 MW. The commissioning of distributed energy supply system projects using other fuels as energy sources or after major overhauls can be implemented with reference to this standard.
