Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, basic requirements, service resources, and service requirements related to the after-sales service of health massage devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices"). This standard applies to manufacturers of health massage devices and their authorized service agencies (including health service agencies) in carrying out after-sales service work for devices; it can also be used as a basis for assessing the quality of after-sales service of health massage devices. This standard does not apply to medical massage devices.
