Scope

This part of GB/T 25000 defines the use quality metrics for the characteristics defined in GB/T 25000.10-2016, and is intended to be used in conjunction with GB/T 25000.10-2016. This part can be used in combination with standards such as GB/T 25000.30, GB/T 25000.40, and GB/T 25000.41, and can more generally meet user needs in terms of product or system quality.
This part includes the following content:
——A basic set of use quality metrics for each use quality characteristic;
——Explanations on how to measure use quality.
This part provides a set of recommended use quality metrics for use with the use quality model in GB/T 25000.10-2016, which are not comprehensive and exhaustive.
These metrics can be applied in any human-computer system, including both computer systems in use and software products that are part of a system.
This part does not specify the value ranges for achieving evaluation levels or compliance levels, as the values for each system or product depend on the usage environment and user needs.
Some attributes may have ideal value ranges, which depend on general factors such as human cognitive factors, rather than specific user needs.
The use quality metrics proposed in this part are primarily used in quality assurance and management of systems and software products based on actual usage effects.
