Scope

This document describes in detail the standard techniques for implementing consistency testing and the specific measurement techniques applied when determining performance parameters. The application of these techniques enhances users' willingness to purchase systems that are simple to integrate, stable in operation, and support customized applications. As shown in Figure 1, this document defines: -- Methods and abstract test cases for consistency testing of server and client devices used in wind power farms. -- The indicators that need to be measured for the devices based on the communication requirements specified in IEC 61400-25 (all parts). Note: The role of the test equipment in consistency testing and verification results is beyond the scope of this document.
