Scope

This standard specifies the content of operation and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as "O&M") of the electronic document system in party and government organs, O&M preparation, O&M execution, O&M acceptance, O&M improvement, and O&M process management. This standard applies to: a) the informatization departments of party and government organs at all levels to standardize the O&M of the electronic document system; b) organizations providing O&M services for the electronic document system in party and government organs to prove their own capabilities; c) party and government organs at all levels and third-party organizations to select and evaluate O&M service organizations for the electronic document system.
