Scope

This standard defines the requirements for enterprise reference architectures and methodologies, as well as the requirements that must be met when considering such architectures and methodologies as complete enterprise reference architectures and methodologies. The scope of application of these enterprise reference architectures and methodologies includes all the elements necessary for enterprises to execute various enterprise innovation projects and gradual improvement projects throughout their life cycle. This includes: a) Enterprise innovation; b) Major enterprise restructuring efforts; c) Gradual improvements that only affect a specific phase of the enterprise's life cycle.
