Scope
This document specifies the analysis of hydropower conditions for reverse power generation in pump stations, hydraulic performance testing, selection of power generation modes, safety assessment of power generation, implementation of power generation functions, analysis of economic indicators, acceptance of power generation start-up, and power generation operation conditions. This document is applicable to the design and construction of existing pump stations that add or modify reverse power generation functions, or new pump stations equipped with reverse power generation functions, as well as the power generation operation of pump stations with reverse power generation functions.
