Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of forged steel bars (including round steel, square steel, and flat steel).
This standard applies to round steel and square steel with diameters or side lengths of 50 mm to 400 mm, as well as flat steel with thicknesses of 20 mm to 160 mm and widths of 40 mm to 300 mm.
