This standard specifies the method of determining the palladium content in palladium alloy jewelry by using ICPOES spectrometry with yttrium as the internal standard.
This standard is applicable to palladium alloy jewelry and palladium alloy products with a palladium content of 500‰ to 990‰. Palladium alloys with other palladium contents can be used for reference.
