Scope
This standard specifies the definition of Changting dried tofu, the requirements for raw and auxiliary materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Changting dried tofu made from soybeans through milling, filtration, separation of whey, molding, pressing, and cutting, supplemented with traditional seasonings, processed by brine (or frying), and packaged in a standardized form.
