Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for water jacket heating furnaces in terms of terminology and definitions, basic parameters, model compilation methods, materials, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operation, inspection and testing, safety accessories and instruments, as well as combustion equipment and auxiliary equipment. This standard applies to water jacket heating furnaces that use solid, liquid or gas as fuels to heat crude oil or its mixtures through water in the water jacket. The rated working pressure of the water jacket is less than 0.1 MPa, and the maximum working temperature is less than 120℃. The maximum working temperature of the heating medium in the heat exchange tube is lower than the standard boiling point.
