Scope
GB/T 38265的本部分规定了沸点法测定软钎剂中不挥发物质含量,包括方法原理、仪器设备、试验步骤、试验数据处理、精密度、试验报告等。
本部分适用于GB/T 15829定义的类型1.1.1、1.1.2和1.1.3中含有高挥发性溶剂的液态软钎剂,且不挥发物质含量不小于10%的软钎剂。
注: 对于溶剂的挥发性低于异丙醇的液态软钎剂,钎剂不挥发物质含量的测定宜采用重量法。
