GB/T 5291.2-2022 Die sinking electro-discharge machines—Testing of the accuracy—Part 2:Double-column machines (slide-head type)

Scope

This document specifies the geometric accuracy inspection, CNC axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy inspection, and processing accuracy inspection for electrical discharge forming machines of general purpose and conventional accuracy, in accordance with ISO 230-1 and ISO 230-2. This document also stipulates the tolerance values corresponding to the above-mentioned inspections.
This document is applicable to double-column machine tools with movable spindle heads.
This document only concerns the verification of machine tool accuracy, and is not applicable to machine tool running tests (vibration, abnormal noise, component creep, etc.) or the inspection of its parameters (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), which are usually carried out before accuracy verification.
This document also stipulates the terminology used for the main components of machine tools. For the naming of coordinate axes, please refer to GB/T 19660—2005.
