Scope

This part of GB/T 23751 provides test methods for evaluating the performance of micro fuel cell power generation systems used in portable computers, mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), household radios, television broadcast cameras, and autonomous robots. This part introduces the power characteristics, fuel consumption, and mechanical durability test methods for micro fuel cell power generation systems with an output of no more than 60 V DC and 240 W. The functional arrangement of a typical micro fuel cell power generation system evaluated according to this part is shown in Figure 1. This part does not address the safety issues of micro fuel cell power generation systems. This part does not address the interchangeability of micro fuel cell power generation systems. Note: The dashed lines represent conceptual boundaries rather than physical boundaries.
