Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of high-carbon chromium stainless bearing steel, as well as its technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to hot-rolled, forged, cold-drawn, peeled, and polished round steel with a nominal diameter of 5 mm to 160 mm, wire rod with a nominal diameter of 5 mm to 40 mm, and steel wire with a nominal diameter of 1 mm to 16 mm.
