Scope

This standard specifies the principles, procedures, methods, and outcome requirements for the preparation of county-level forestland protection and utilization plans (hereinafter referred to as county-level plans).
This standard applies to the preparation of forestland protection and utilization plans in county-level administrative regions (hereinafter referred to as counties, and the same below) across China. Forestry bureaus affiliated with Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Daxinganling Forestry (Industry) Group, as well as brigades affiliated with the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
