Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality assurance periods of relay protection devices for transmission lines (hereinafter referred to as "devices"). This standard applies to relay protection devices for AC transmission lines of 110 kV and above with a directly grounded neutral point system, and serves as a basis for the development, design, manufacture, testing, inspection, and application of such devices.
