Scope

This standard specifies the content and defense requirements of the three lines of defense in the power system; proposes control objectives, control principles, application conditions, etc. for prevention and control, control to prevent the instability of the power grid, control to prevent the collapse of the power grid, and recovery control; and puts forward principled requirements for the planning and design, scientific research and manufacturing, and production and operation involved in the stability control of the power system.
