GB/T 26399-2011 Technical guide for electric power system security and stability control
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the content and defense requirements of the three lines of defense in the power system; proposes control objectives, control principles, application conditions, etc. for prevention and control, control to prevent the instability of the power grid, control to prevent the collapse of the power grid, and recovery control; and puts forward principled requirements for the planning and design, scientific research and manufacturing, and production and operation involved in the stability control of the power system. This standard is of guiding significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system and preventing large-scale power outages.
This standard applies to all levels of power grids and all grid-connected equipment and systems, as well as all power generation, transmission, supply, and consumption enterprises and users at all levels, and those engaged in scientific research, design, manufacturing, and operation of safety and stability control systems should comply with and implement it.
