Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for energy efficiency evaluation of existing heated residential buildings during energy-saving renovations, the evaluation method of heating effect, the evaluation method of heating energy consumption, and the evaluation method of the application of heating energy-saving technologies.
This standard is applicable to the energy efficiency evaluation of the centralized heating systems of existing residential buildings with heat metering functions, as well as the evaluation of the effect of energy-saving renovations. The energy efficiency evaluation of new buildings can be carried out with reference to this standard.
