This document sets forth the basic requirements for food waste management in the catering industry, including planning for food waste management in the catering industry, catering service venues, raw and auxiliary materials, cooking processing, food provision, food improvement, distribution, online catering service platforms, disposal of unsold surplus food, employee training, cultural construction, evaluation and improvement, and document recordkeeping.
