Scope
This part of GB/T 24328 specifies the determination method of the mechanical penetration resistance (spherical bursting strength) of toilet paper and its products.
Note: Generally, two clamping devices can be used, with the inner diameters of the clamping rings being 50 mm and 89 mm respectively. For this part, it is recommended to use the clamping device with an inner diameter of 50 mm, consistent with GB/T 24328.9. The clamping device with an inner diameter of 89 mm can be equipped with a converter to convert the inner diameter to 50 mm.
This part is applicable to toilet paper and its products.
