Scope
This document describes the technical principles of the technology for improving saline-alkaline soils with iron tailings, and stipulates the technical requirements, field management, and effect evaluation. This document is applicable to iron mining enterprises using high-silicon iron tailings obtained after physical processing such as crushing, grinding, and magnetic separation to improve saline-alkaline soils with compacted and poorly permeable soils and a loamy texture. This document is not applicable to the improvement of soils with a sandy or sandy-loamy texture.
