Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for reactive power compensation technology in photovoltaic power stations, including reactive power capacity and configuration, voltage regulation, and requirements for the reactive power control system. It also describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document is applicable to the design, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of new or modified (expanded) photovoltaic power stations that are connected to the grid at voltages above 10 kV.
