Scope
This standard specifies the safety requirements for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) light sheets and panels used for general lighting in indoor and similar environments.
This standard applies to OLED light sheets and panels powered by a DC power supply of no more than 120 V or an AC power supply of no more than 50 V at a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
Note 1: At this stage, only test methods for DC-powered OLED panels are provided. The corresponding provisions for AC-powered OLED panels are under consideration.
Note 2: The structure of OLED light sheets and panels is shown in Appendix A.
Note 3: OLED lighting systems containing OLED panels or modules are shown in Appendix D.
