Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the 180° peel strength of vulcanized rubber bonded to metal.
This standard is applicable to determining the 180° peel strength of vulcanized rubber bonded to metal. The determination of the 180° peel strength of other flexible materials bonded to rigid materials can also refer to this standard.
This standard is not applicable to materials with poor flexibility that may produce cracks or delamination when bent at 180°. Such materials can undergo a 90° peel test, and the test method can refer to GB/T 7760.
