Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for warehouse operations, storage operations, unloading operations, environmental control, safety control, and information processing in low-temperature warehouses.
This standard applies to the storage operations of public low-temperature warehouses, and the storage operations of self-operated low-temperature warehouses can be implemented with reference to it.
This standard does not apply to low-temperature warehouses with manually controlled gas components, low-temperature warehouses with automated storage operations, low-temperature warehouses storing dangerous or toxic and harmful items, and storage operations in low-temperature warehouses with special requirements from relevant national departments.
