GB/T 28912-2025 Test method for two phase relative permeability in rock
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the basic principles of using steady-state and non-steady-state methods to determine the relative permeability of two-phase fluids in rocks, and specifies the measurement steps and technical requirements, calculation methods, and technical specifications of measuring instruments. This document is applicable to the determination of the relative permeability of two-phase fluids in sandstone samples. Other types of porous media can be referenced for implementation. The steady-state method is suitable for determining the oil-water relative permeability of samples with an air permeability greater than 50 mD, and the water-air relative permeability of samples with an air permeability greater than 0.5 mD. The non-steady-state method is suitable for determining the oil-water relative permeability of samples with an air permeability greater than 5 mD, and the gas-liquid relative permeability of samples with an air permeability greater than 1 mD. For other samples outside the above permeability ranges, the document can be referenced for implementation.
