本文件规定了工业和专业用的弧焊和类似工艺所用送丝装置的安全要求和性能要求。本文件适用于分体式(与焊接设备分开)、一体式(安装在单个外壳中或与其他焊接设备一起安装在单独外壳中)的送丝装置或送丝控制装置。送丝装置可与手工焊炬或机械导向的焊炬配套使用。本文件不适用于IEC 609747中带焊丝盘的焊炬。
