Scope

This part of GB/T 12060 specifies the interpretation and measurement methods for the special characteristics of artificial reverberation, time delay, and frequency shift devices.
This part is applicable to devices in recording, broadcasting, and sound reinforcement systems that produce reverberation effects, time delays, and frequency offsets on original sound signals. The main content includes descriptions of the general and special characteristics of these devices, measurement conditions, and measurement methods. Other unspecified items shall be resolved through consultation between the manufacturer and the user. Other methods that can provide equivalent results are not excluded.
