Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, process flow, and technical requirements for extracting valuable metals from copper smelting slag.
This standard applies to the extraction of valuable metals such as copper, cadmium, zinc, lead, and bismuth from slag generated during the pyrometallurgical copper smelting process in copper smelting enterprises.
This standard does not apply to the extraction of valuable metals from slag in combination with other materials.
