Scope
This part of GB/T 2952 specifies the models, names, structures, materials, dimensions, and technical requirements of general outer sheaths for metal-clad cables and special outer sheaths for oil-filled lead-clad cables.
This part applies to the outer sheaths of power, communication, signal, control, and oil-filled cables with metal cladding that are installed in fixed laying modes.
This part does not apply to the outer sheaths of power cables such as compressed air cables and cables with other special requirements.
